I absolutely love the people I work with. Everyone is so kind, hardworking, empathetic, and fun to be around. I know that if I’m having a bad day or I’m stressed about my work, someone will jump in to either take something off my plate or to encourage me. The ability to split time between working from home and going into the office has also been great. It feels good to know that I can work from home when I need to but can come into the office to see my coworkers and get things done if I want as well. I also feel motivated to work each day because of the incredible mission we are striving towards. Knowing that our work helps break the cycle of poverty for kids in Guatemala makes me feel like my work makes a difference in the world and I love that. I also really enjoy the projects I get to work on each day.
